Caution kills early, causes 32 different diseases!

Burgers, chips, crackers, fizzy drinks and breakfast cereals - the so-called "highly processed foods" - have been linked to 32 different health problems, from cancer to heart disease, diabetes to respiratory failure.

A new and extremely comprehensive study has revealed frightening results.

It was also found that 80 percent of the daily diet of people living in developed countries consists of processed foods.

Alarming results were obtained in a comprehensive study examining the effects of processed foods on human health.

Scientists from leading universities in the US and Europe combined the results of 45 studies involving a total of 10 million people.

Analyzing the nutrition and health data of millions of people, the experts concluded that the consumption of processed food leads to 32 health problems that can lead to premature death.

Processed food consumption was found to increase the risk of heart disease by 50 percent, obesity and diabetes by 66 percent, and anxiety by 53 percent.

Processed foods were found to increase the risk of death by 21 percent. These foods also increase the risk of asthma, intestinal diseases, blood pressure and high cholesterol.

It was found that 80 percent of the daily diet of people living in developed countries consists of highly processed foods such as fast food, breakfast cereals, convenience foods, protein bars and carbonated drinks.

Experts emphasized that these foods use cheap ingredients that are enhanced with chemicals, flavorings, thickeners and colorings to make them both more appetizing and more harmful.

It was emphasized that the results confirm recent research on the harms of processed foods.
