WIFE'S BIRTH LED TO HIS CAPTURE

Diego Nicolas Marset Alba played a 'central role' in the drug trade from South America to Europe, Interpol said, adding that Alba was also involved in several high-profile murders. Interpol received intelligence that Alba's wife was about to give birth in Foz de Iguacu, Brazil. "Anticipating the possibility that Marset would come to Brazil for the birth, the Brazilian Federal Police monitored his wife's home and detained the fugitive when he arrived," Interpol said.
