A 76-year-old Thai woman living in an apartment in Bang Bua Thong district of Bangkok's Nonthaburi province complained that her neighbor was bothering her. Upon the complaint, the police examined the security camera footage in the apartment and found that the neighbor, aged 30-35, sniffed and licked the flip-flops on the floor and then masturbated. It was seen that the pervert neighbor hid the slippers in his shirt and quickly left the scene.
The elderly woman confirmed that she is disabled and lives with her 13-year-old grandson and that the stolen slippers belonged to her. She said she was afraid he would return and commit another crime or harm her. She said she could not run away because of her disability and asked the police to arrest the man as soon as possible.
