How to strengthen the immune system?  

Eat meat, fish, milk and dairy products, cereals, vegetables and fruits regularly.  
Make sure you get regular and adequate sleep.  
Never smoke.  
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.  
Exercise regularly.  
Be careful to maintain your ideal weight. 
Try to avoid stress.   
Eat a regular and balanced diet  

The first condition for keeping the immune system fit is a regular and balanced diet. Some foods carry a high bacteriological risk. Not only individuals with weak immune systems, but everyone should pay attention to the following criteria in nutrition:  

Avoid uncooked or unpeeled vegetables and fruits. 
Do not consume raw or runny eggs.  
Make sure that any food made with eggs is sufficiently cooked.  
Avoid unpasteurized fruit and vegetable juices.   

Learn to cope with stress  

Research shows that people under stress are always more prone to infections. Although the relationship between psychological state and infection has not yet been fully elucidated, it is thought that prolonged depression and stress can lead to malnutrition, which in turn contributes to the development of infectious diseases.   

Exercise  

 Exercise helps the immune system fight infections and prevents diseases such as heart disease, osteoporosis and cancer. Physical activity strengthens the immune system by making some cells in the immune system move more quickly than usual in the body. It is not certain that physical activity will fully protect the immune system against certain diseases. However, physical activity contributes to better mental and physical health.
