The body of 10-year-old Katie Collman, who disappeared in the US in 2005, was found near a lake. To find the killer of Collman, who was raped and brutally murdered, police took DNA samples from everyone living in the neighborhood. Among the DNA samples collected, a match was found with that of Anthony Ray Stockelman, a father of three.

Jarred Harris, a relative of 10-year-old Katie Collman, who went to the same prison as Stockelman for a 2006 crime, sneaked into his cell.

Harris locked Stockelman in his cell and tattooed "Katie's revenge" on his forehead. A photo of the tattoo was leaked to the press by the guards. The guards who were fired said they had no regrets.
