Ben McDonald, 51, had told police that Scott Swift, 72, attacked him on a dock in Sydney on February 27. Swift's press spokesperson said that two people displayed aggressive behavior towards the famous star during the incident.

After a month-long investigation, New South Wales police said no further action would be taken. The incident occurred after Scott Swift and his daughter got off a yacht in the hours after the last Eras Tour show in Sydney.
