Brain dead, Price stunned doctors with a miracle minutes before the life support unit was turned off and spoke for the first time.
Price, 32, from Essex, was found unresponsive at home by her family who claimed she had overdosed after being bullied at work. She was then put on life support due to the seriousness of her condition and was under round-the-clock care.
But earlier this week Emma managed to speak to her family for the first time, saying "Hello" on the phone and thanking everyone who had supported her and her family.
Emma, described by her family as a "cheerful, kind-hearted person", had been working at KFC for eight years when she was bullied, which is said to have started in the second half of last year.
According to Essex Live, her family had previously reported that KFC had told them they would conduct an internal investigation but expressed anger that the fast food company had not asked about Emma's situation.
