The motionless body of 63-year-old convicted sex offender Reginald Alan Roach was found with his genitals cut off near a field in Bangor. Roach, who was said to have bled to death after being taken to hospital, was found with a note that read "I don't need this anymore".

Such death was unprecedented. He committed suicide by cutting his penis!

The motionless body of 63-year-old convicted sex offender Reginald Alan Roach was found lying motionless in a pool of blood by Margaret Webster, who was walking her dog in Bangor, Wales. Roach was taken to hospital but could not be saved, North Wales Live reported. While the investigation into the incident is ongoing, it was noted that Roach's genitals were cut and a note was found next to him.

The coroner's death report concluded that there was no third party and that Roach died of shock and bleeding after cutting his genitals off himself.

Webster, who stated that he went to the scene when he heard moaning sounds coming from behind a mound of grass, expressed that he was in great shock when his motionless body was found and said, "I could see the blood covering the groin area. I immediately called the ambulance and called the police. Police and paramedics arrived at the scene in a short time."
