Rapper Snoop Dogg will reportedly be a special correspondent for US-based broadcaster NBC at the Olympic Games in Paris. 

In a statement made by NBC, it was stated that Snoop Dogg's comments at the Tokyo Olympics went viral and therefore he will also be reporting from Paris. 

"We don't know what will happen every day, but we know Snoop will bring his unique perspective to our reimagined Olympic show," said Molly Solomon, NBC's vice president of Olympic production. 

"I grew up watching the Olympics and I'm so excited to see the best performances of incredible athletes in Paris," Dogg said on Sunday.

"There are going to be some incredible competitions and of course I'm going to bring my Snoop style. It's going to be the most epic Olympics ever, so stay tuned," the famous rapper said. 

In a video released Sunday, Dogg showed off his signature style and humor by interviewing American athletes, including gymnast Suni Lee and skater Jagger Eaton.
