The Sinaloa Cartel, one of Mexico's bloodiest mafia organizations, which has recently come to the fore with brutal executions, is shocked by the accidental death of one of its leaders.

It was revealed that one of the leaders of the mafia organization, a gang member codenamed 'El 22', was accidentally killed by the armed men of the organization. According to news reports, gang members shot the mafia leader, mistaking him for a rival gang member.

In the shootout that broke out in a private health clinic in the state of Culiacán, it was stated that the gunman who shot El 22 by mistake also shot himself dead when he realized his mistake. During the incident, it was revealed that a member of the organization was being treated at the clinic and other gang members were waiting for him.

It was noted that El 22, who was thought to be from a rival gang and was killed during his visit to the hospital, directed the gang's operations in the region. Four other people, one of them a doctor, died in the clash.

The Sinaloa Cartel, led by Joaquín Guzmán, nicknamed El Chapo, who is on trial in the US, has recently been on the agenda with bloody showdowns with rival gangs and kidnappings of dozens of people.

In August, news that the cartel had destroyed dozens of people by dissolving them in acid was on the agenda. Finally, the deaths of 6 young people kidnapped from a farm in the state of Zacatecas turned the eyes back to the Sinaloa Cartel.
