Russia attacked Ukraine with S-300 missiles. It was reported that there were many dead and wounded in the attack on the Donetsk Region.
Russia organised a missile attack on Pokrovsk district of Ukraine's Donetsk region yesterday evening. More than 10 Ukrainians, including children, were killed in the attack.
THEY USED S-300 MISSILES
The S-300 missiles used by Russia completely destroyed 2 houses in Pokrovsk and there were people trapped under the rubble. Only one person has been rescued alive from the rubble so far. It is estimated that 2 of those trapped under the rubble are children.
In the village of Rivne, the house where a family of 6 people, including 3 children, lived was destroyed by Russian missiles. The fate of the family members is not yet known.
The Ministry of Interior of Ukraine announced that search and rescue operations are continuing after the attack.
Ukrainian President Zelenskiy made a statement on his social media account regarding the attack. Zelenskiy expressed his condolences to the relatives of those who lost their lives in the attack and described Russia as a terrorist state.
