Activists took to the streets in Berlin, Cologne, Bremen, Leipzig, Karlsruhe, Freiburg, Stuttgart, Regensburg, Munich and Rügen, blocking roads and drawing attention to the climate crisis with the slogan "much more disobedient" but "absolutely peaceful".
"Last Generation" activists, known for organizing among themselves and suddenly taking action without notifying the police, protested at Eberplatz in Cologne. Sitting on the road with placards in their hands, the demonstrators blocked the street and prevented the passage of vehicles for a while.
Later, the police intervened against the demonstrators blocking the roads and opened the road to traffic. Pointing to the climate crisis, the demonstrators demanded that politicians in the country should make more efforts on this issue.
