Ashraf al-Qudra, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health in Gaza, made a statement to the AA correspondent on the issue.
Al-Qudra said that the death toll rose to 500 as a result of the Israeli bombardment of the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said earlier that at least 200 people were killed in the attack.
