"I had to pay something like 2,500 dollars for rent, so I don't think it's feasible," Chen said.

Speaking to CTV News, Chen said he pays about $150 per round-trip flight twice a week, which amounts to about $1,200 a month, adding, "This is half the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the city."
