Due to storm Henk in Noord-Holland city of the Netherlands, intensive work is being carried out with construction equipment on flooded streets and streets after the winds reached 120 km/h at sea and 100-110 km/h on land.
Dutch meteorology authorities raised the weather warning from "Code Yellow" to "Code Orange" and warned of floods. Attempts were made to build embankments with sandbags in some areas.
