A fire broke out in the Ferris wheel set up in the area at the Highfield Festival held at Lake Störmthaler near the city of Leipzig in eastern Germany.
While 65 people were injured in the fire, it was stated that the fire started in a cabin of the Ferris wheel and spread to a second cabin.
It was stated that the cabin where the fire started was empty. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
