Elon Musk, who sued OpenAI and Sam Altman in recent months, announced that if Apple's productive artificial intelligence solution Apple Intelligence comes to life, he will ban the use of Apple devices in his companies, namely SpaceX, Tesla and X institutions. In addition to the features developed by the company under the roof of Apple Intelligence, it should be noted that Apple devices have gained ChatGPT integration.

Musk used the following statements in response to Apple CEO Tim Cook's post on X to announce Apple Intelligence:

I don't want it.

Either stop this creepy spyware or all Apple devices will be banned from my companies' facilities.

In another post, Elon Musk stated that this situation created a security breach:

If Apple integrates OpenAI at the operating system level, Apple devices will be banned in my companies. This is an unacceptable security breach.

And visitors will have to check Apple devices at the door, and these devices will be stored in a Faraday cage.

Elon Musk criticised this new development by sharing a series of posts:

It is utterly ridiculous that Apple is confident that OpenAI will protect your security and privacy despite not being smart enough to create its own artificial intelligence!

Apple has no idea what actually happens after you hand over your data to OpenAI. They are selling you out.

Elon Musk continued to share new posts by supporting his statements on this issue with memes. Mus did not neglect to cite the posts of other users who criticised the issue.

The user @cb_doge, who shared the comment "Absolutely" by quoting Elon Musk's post, criticised the issue as follows:

Remember when Scarlett Johansson told OpenAI not to use her voice, but they cloned and used it anyway?

Now imagine what they can do with your phone data even if you don't let them use it.

The reader notes feature developed by X to prevent the spread of misleading information soon appeared in Elon Musk's posts. The user note under the posts included the following statements:

"Apple Intelligence does not give your personal data to OpenAI. ChatGPT may be used by Apple Intelligence, especially Siri, but is not required. A prompt is presented before you send your request to OpenAI, and only the prompt data is shared."

Starliner returns to Earth on 22 June Starliner returns to Earth on 22 June

After a while, however, these reader notes disappeared. Currently, there are no reader notes under the posts.

In a blog post announcing the Apple collaboration, OpenAI stated that privacy protections are built in when accessing ChatGPT in Siri and Typing Tools. In this context, the company stated that requests are not stored by OpenAI and that users' IP addresses are hidden. Stating that users can also choose to connect their ChatGPT accounts, the company stated that in this case, data preferences will be valid under ChatGPT's policies.

Elon Musk, who was on the founding team of OpenAI in the past, has long been on the agenda with his criticism of OpenAI and his own artificial intelligence company xAI. Elon Musk, who announced in March that xAI's Grok would be published as open source, used the expression "OpenAI is a lie" for OpenAI, which did not prefer this path. However, Elon Musk's past correspondence showed that he agreed with OpenAI on open source artificial intelligence. Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI received an investment of $ 6 billion in May. Elon Musk seems to target all technology giants that cooperate with OpenAI in his fight with OpenAI. Time will show us the accuracy of Elon Musk's claims.
