Yulia Navalnaya, the wife of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalni, who died in prison, shared a video on her social media account regarding the elections in the country.

In her message in the video, Navalnaya called on the Russian people to use the elections against Putin and said, "Show that you are against Putin."

Navalnaya called on Russians to vote for any candidate other than Putin and to spoil the ballots on the evening of March 17.

"Putin will not be a legitimate president for us or for the world," Navalnaya said.

"Form long lines in front of polling stations to protest against Putin," Navalnaya said: "We need to go to the polls on one day and at one time: March 17 at 12:00. Then you can make a choice. You can vote for any candidate except Putin. You can spoil your ballot. You can write 'Navalni' in capital letters"
