A 38-year-old priest, originally from Poland, was arrested for running a methamphetamine laboratory in a house given to him by the church. The priest, who confessed to the crime during police interrogation, was banned by the church from working in Austria. A 30-year-old man of Iraqi origin was also arrested during the raid. It was claimed that this person was the person who was running the drug sale.

According to the Catholic News Agency (CNA), which follows developments in the Catholic Church, an unidentified 38-year-old priest was arrested for producing and selling drugs.
