US actress Angelina Jolie reacted to Israel's attacks on civilians in Gaza and called for help. Noting that the 'Aqsa Flood' operation organized by Hamas on the morning of October 7 was a terrorist act, she said, "But that cannot justify the innocent lives lost in the bombing of Gaza's civilian population, who have nowhere to go, no access to food and water, no means of evacuation, and even no basic human right to cross the border for refuge."

Angelina Jolie said, "What is happening in Israel is an act of terrorism. But that cannot justify the innocent lives lost in the bombing of Gaza's civilian population, who have nowhere to go, no access to food and water, no means of evacuation, and not even the basic human right to cross the border for refuge."

Jolie, who has been working with refugees and displaced people for 20 years, said: "Gaza is home to more than 2 million people (half of them children) who have lived under a severe blockade for nearly 20 years, in addition to decades of displacement and statelessness."
